Account

When you use Clerkit we store the account email and an encrypted password, and the user's membership in an organization.

Business records

Clerkit stores the organization's sales, workflows, tasks, comments, attachments, and email templates.

It also stores SII data: tax ID (RUT), legal name, address, business activity, and electronic tax documents. The SII digital certificate and the issuer password are stored encrypted.

Google data

If you connect a Gmail account, Clerkit requests the https://mail.google.com/ scope and the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile scope.

The enabled use is to send email as the connected account over SMTP, including template text and invoice attachments. After each send, Clerkit reads the sent folder and stores that message (sender, recipients, subject, and body) on the organization.

Clerkit does not delete Gmail messages, and it does not use the mailbox to run agents. Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored encrypted.

To identify the connected account, Clerkit queries the People API and may receive name, email, photo, phone, and address when Google returns them.

Who data is shared with

Invoice files and the message you send are transmitted through Google as part of that send.

We do not sell customer data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not send it to an artificial intelligence provider.

Limited use of Google data

Clerkit's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revocation and deletion

You can disconnect Gmail in Clerkit settings. Doing so deletes the stored tokens and the messages synced for that connection. You can also revoke access from your Google Account.
