EEGT SpA provides Clerkit at clerkit.io. By using the service you accept these terms.
Account, Gmail, and invoices
You are responsible for your account, for the Gmail account you connect, for the templates you send, and for the SII invoices you issue and attach.
Connecting Gmail requires authority to send from that mailbox.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service or connected mailboxes for unlawful purposes.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, EEGT SpA's liability is limited to the amount you paid for Clerkit in the three months before the event that gives rise to the claim, or to zero if there was no payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile.
